Problem Spaces is my reality DIY series, and the premise is exactly what it sounds like. I take on the challenge of transforming areas with unconventional angles, outdated designs, and impractical layouts into spaces my clients absolutely love.

Every episode, I walk into a home with a room or nook that just isn’t working for the people living there. By the end, it’s become one of their favorite spaces in the house.

What Is Problem Spaces About?

Problem Spaces follows me as a Houston-based DIY designer taking on the trickiest rooms in a home, the ones most people just learn to live with instead of fixing.

That means awkward angles, dead corners, turrets, stairway landings, and rooms trying to do too many jobs at once. Each episode usually features two different families and two different problem spaces, and I use custom-made solutions and simple DIY techniques to give each room a real sense of purpose.

The show airs on Magnolia Network.
