Day 1 of making my dream kitchen island! It’s ha Day 1 of making my dream kitchen island! It’s happening!!!! I’ve always disliked this view of our kitchen from the living room and I’m going to attempt wall paneling on it in a beautiful dark walnut finish. I got 1/4” birch plywood sheets to create a stainable base for the paneling and there were sooo many cuts to make. Follow for part 2 where I figure out what trim pieces to use! .
