Hello and welcome to Week 4 of the Spring One Room Challenge! This week we’re looking at all the lighting that’s come in for the room and some other details. If you haven’t caught up with the progress yet, take a minute to check out:

Week 3

Alright! So a few days ago I marked out the moulding height on the walls using painters tape and decided to stop it at 40″  (my ceilings are 10′ high). I also got word that my moulding and all trim just shipped from Novo BP and should be here June 1st! That’s when all the major work will start. Until then let me walk you through the other finishes going in the guest bedroom.

Sticking to the Art Deco vibe of the chandelier in my mood board, I found this gorgeous piece from Hudson Valley Lighting and I cannot wait to put it up!

I also got two of these wall sconces for either side of the fireplace and I’m pretty sure I want them hardwired becase they won’t fit a puck light 😀

To provide some contrast of textures and styles, I decided to get the Calabria table lamps from Troy Lighting (a subsidiary of HVL group) for the nightstands.

A huge thank you to the Hudson Valley Lighting Group for providing these lighting fixtures for the One Room Challenge makeover!

Next up, I partnered with Emtek for a second time and ordered door hardware. I am slowly transitioning all door pulls to these Brass Levers with a Round Rosette and already have them in my bedroom, office and powder room and love them!

Next week I’m hoping to have more progress in the room with the moulding coming in! I still have to show you the fireplace surround I bought from FB marketplace, stay tuned to Instagram stories!

Until then, don’t forget to check out what the other Featured Designers are up to this week:
